Premium placement may be determined by active daily bids and other platform rules. Rankings can change as bids, listing status, eligibility, or platform conditions change. A payment or bid does not guarantee permanent placement, traffic, clicks, sales, or business results.

5. Wallets and payments

You authorize applicable charges when adding funds or using paid promotional services. Wallet balances are platform credits and are not bank accounts, deposits, or stored-value financial products. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy and applicable law.

6. Acceptable use

You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited conduct includes fraud, malware, phishing, spam, unauthorized access, ranking manipulation, and interference with the service.

7. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Cyclone Links a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, format, and distribute submitted content as needed to operate and promote the directory.

Cyclone Links branding, software, design, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

8. Third-party websites

Listings link to independent websites that we do not control. Inclusion in the directory is not an endorsement or guarantee. You access third-party websites at your own risk.

9. Suspension and termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts or listings that violate these terms, create risk, involve fraudulent activity, or harm the platform or its users.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and guaranteed results.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cyclone Links will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, traffic, or business opportunity.

12. Changes
