Cyclone Links respects intellectual-property rights. Website listings may contain user-supplied names, descriptions, logos, screenshots, and links. If you believe material available through Cyclone Links infringes your copyright, submit a written notice through our support system.
Required notice information
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification and exact location of the allegedly infringing material
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act for the copyright owner
Counter-notices
A user whose material is removed may submit a valid counter-notice containing the information required by applicable law. We may restore material when legally permitted.
Repeat infringement
We may terminate accounts or listings associated with repeated or serious infringement.
