3. Public listing information

Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as PayPal. Cyclone Links does not store complete payment card numbers. Payment providers process information under their own privacy policies.

First-party audience targeting. Cyclone Links may use activity that occurs on Cyclone Links, such as directory profile views, outbound website clicks, repeat visits, and category interest, to create first-party audience segments for clearly labeled sponsored placements. Advertisers can see aggregate audience sizes and campaign performance but do not receive raw visitor identifiers, IP addresses, or visitor email addresses through the Saved Audiences feature.
